摘 要:针对老挝南湃水电站压力钢管采用WDB620高强钢材质,结合老挝当地的气候特点,制定针对性的焊接工艺,经现场多次进行对比性试验,不预热焊接试板和母材检测结果比对,各项检测数据接近,均满足设计及相关规范要求,说明WDB620高强钢在特定条件下不预热同样具有良好的焊接工艺性能,能节省人力物力和缩短工期,有一定的推广价值。Considering that the penstocks of the Nam Phay HPP in Laos are made of WDB620 high-strength steel,a targeted welding process is developed for the HPP based on local climatic features of Laos.Through several contrast tests on site and the comparison of test results,all test data of non-preheating welding test plates are close to those of base metal and meet design and relevant code requirements,showing that WDB620 high-strength steel has a good welding performance without pre-heating under specific conditions.With such steel,both manpower and materials can be saved,and the construction duration can be shortened,so the steel is worthy of being popularized to a certain extent.
