抚顺石化公司生产安全事件管理分析及应用研究

摘　　要：通过对抚顺石化公司10年生产安全事件的数据统计、原因分析,探索建立适合企业实际的事故事件管理流程、事故事件原因分析模型,并通过结论建立安全事故事件管理模板化,为企业实现规范化、高效化的安全管理和决策提供依据。Safety Events in the past ten years′production of Fushun Petrochemical Company were studied by data statistics and cause analysis.Management process and cause analysis models suitable for enterprise′s normal practice were established,providing template for safety events management system and basis for standardized and efficient safety management and decision making.
