摘  要:徐州作为原产煤大市,近几年来煤炭产量持续低迷,部分煤化工企业存在重污染,工艺落后的情况。为了应对煤炭资源枯竭,同时为修复生态、实现可持续发展,徐州市政府已关停或限期整改了一部分煤化工企业,在习近平总书记的绿水青山就是金山银山的生态文明理念下,在国家出台诸多政府文件引领下,对徐州地区现有煤化工企业落实政府文件的情况,对现有煤化工产业链,新型煤化工发展情况进行调研,把握徐州地区煤化工行业发展整体状况、分析产业政策走势,结合国家相关政策、产业发展情况及产业的前景趋势,企业应该从资源优势、能源结构进行优化,走好节能减排、产业转型之路。As a big city of coal origin,Xuzhou's coal output has been declining in recent years.Some coal chemical enterprises are heavily polluted and their technology is backward.In order to cope with the depletion of coal resources,and to restore the ecology and achieve sustainable development,the Xuzhou government has closed down or rectified some coal chemical enterprises within a time limit.Under the concept of ecological civilization of Jinshan and Yinshan,which is the green water and green hills of General Secretary Xi Jinping,under the guidance of many government documents issued by the state,the existing coal chemical enterprises in Xuzhou area have been closed down or rectified.Coal chemical enterprises to implement the government documents,the existing coal chemical industry chain,research of new coal chemical industry development situation,grasp the overall situation of development,Xuzhou coal chemical industry industrial policy trend analysis,combined with the relevant national policies,trends and Prospect of industry development,the enterprise should from resource advantage We should optimize the energy structure and take the road of energy conservation and emission reduction and industrial transformation.
