摘  要:稠油井的原油物性较差,高黏、高凝、高含蜡的特点伴随着稠油井的开发与生产。具体表现在:地下原油非均质严重,注采效果差;井筒杆柱上、下行负荷大;地面设备能耗高,日常管理难度大。为了对稠油井的开采实现增储、挖潜、提高油藏最终采收率,摸索制定出一套有效的管理维护措施。The crude oil wells have poor physical properties,and the characteristics of high viscosity,high condensation and high wax content are accompanied by the development and production of heavy oil wells.The concrete manifestations are:the underground crude oil is heterogeneous,the injection and production effect is poor;the wellbore column has a large load on the down and down;the ground equipment has high energy consumption and the daily management is difficult.In order to increase the storage,tap the potential and improve the ultimate recovery of the reservoir for the mining of heavy oil wells,we have continuously explored and developed an effective management and maintenance measures.
