摘  要:在原油处理的过程中,原油脱水、原油稳定性以及轻烃回收是否正常受三相分离器运行效果的影响很大。三相分离器的现场应用表明,原油含水从原来的流程沉降的15%到20%下降到15%。有关零部件老化的问题,在设备正式投入应用2a以后,会在分离器内部聚结部分的聚丙烯波纹板发生碎裂、阀门也可能会出现卡死或者失灵等现象,针对很多这种类型的问题,提出了有效的维护策略。During the process of crude oil treatment,the dehydration of crude oil,the stability of crude oil and the recovery of light hydrocarbons can be affected by the operation effect of the three-phase separator.The field application of the three-phase separator showed that the water content of the crude oil dropped from 15%to 20%of the original process settling to 15%.Regarding the problem of aging of parts,after the equipment is put into use for two years,the polypropylene corrugated board which is agglomerated inside the separator will be broken,and the valve may be stuck or malfunctioned.For the type of problem,this paper proposes an effective maintenance strategy.
