摘  要:在包钢公司薄板厂,经平整的冷轧钢带表面出现横向纹路缺陷。鉴于这种情况,根据横向纹路的特征和冷轧生产线平整机的特点,从原料供应、平整工艺和操作、设备精度等方面查找了钢带表面产生横向纹路的原因。结果表明,原料厚度波动超过20μm,原料不平度超过10 I,原料存在粘连,平整机开卷张力大于轧件屈服强度,平整机运行速度长期设定在平整振动区间内,平整设备间隙过大等,是平整后冷轧钢带表面出现横向纹路的主要原因。采取严格检查原料质量、规范平整机操作、恢复平整设备精度等措施后,钢带表面横向纹路已明显减少。Cold-rolled strip subjected to tempering offered cross grains on the surface,a type of defect,in Baotou CSP plant.In view of this fact,the reasons why the cross grains were produced on the cold-rolled strip surface were investigated in respects such as raw strip supply,process and operating of tempering,and equipment accuracy according to characteristic of the cross grain and feature of tempering mill in the cold-rolling production line.The results showed that the cross grains on the cold-rolled strip after tempering stemmed mainly from the variation of more than 20μm in raw strip thickness,raw strip flatness of more than 10 I,conglutination present in raw strip,uncoiling tension of temper mill above yield strength of raw strip,running speed of temper mill set in mill vibration interval over a long period of time,excessive gap of temper mill,etc.The cross grains on the strip has been reduced by strict check of raw strip quality,standardization of temper mill operation,and recovery of accuracy of tempering equipments.
