炒莱菔子治疗小儿积食发热疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察莱菔子治疗小儿积食发热的效果。方法:90例随机分为3组,实验组用炒莱菔子治疗,对照1组用物理降温辅以腹部推拿治疗,对照2组用清热化滞颗粒治疗。结果:实验组痊愈率、总有效率、复发率与对照1组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组与对照2组比较痊愈率、复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组治疗期间均未发现不良反应。结论:炒莱菔子治疗小儿积食发热疗效较好,无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of fried radish seeds on children’s fever caused by food retention.Method:90 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups.The experimental group were treated with fried radish seeds;the control group 1 were treated with physical cooling temperature nurse and the control group 2 were treated with Qingrehuazhi granule.Result:There was statistical significance in the rate of recovery,the total effective rate and recurrence between the fried radish seeds group and the control group 1(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the rate of recovery and recurrence between the fried radish seeds group and the control group 2(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found during the treatment of the three groups.Conclusion:Fried radish seeds has a significant effect in treatment of children’s fever caused by food retention,without obvious adverse effect.
