摘 要:在盆栽条件下,采用单株种植,以野生草地早熟禾‘天祝’和野生草地早熟禾‘榆中’2个种质为材料,设4个水分处理水平(W1 90%~75%FWC;W2 75%~60%FWC;W3 60%~45%FWC;W445%~30%FWC),研究不同水分调控对草地早熟禾生物量,N、P积累量分配与利用的影响。结果表明:W1处理(90%~75%FWC)更有利于地上部分生物量及N、P的积累量。W2处理(75%~60%FWC)可促进野生草地早熟禾地下生物量及N、P的积累与利用,是草地早熟禾最佳水分处理。草地早熟禾‘天祝’和‘榆中’2个种质的W2与W1处理相比较,地下生物量分配比例分别提高了57.39%和6.88%、地下N积累量分别提高了86.01%和6.60%、地下N分配比例分别提高了60.95%和18.62%;草地早熟禾‘天祝’地下P积累量和分配比例分别提高了91.33%和59.53%;草地早熟禾‘榆中’N利用效率提高了8.56%。扩展性较弱的草地早熟禾‘天祝’较扩展性较强的草地早熟禾‘榆中’有更强的干旱适应性。The effects of different water treatments(W1:90%~75%FWC;W2:75%~60%FWC;W3:60%~45%FWC;W4:45%~30%FWC)on biomass,N and P accumulation,allocation and utilization of wild Poa pratensis were studied with a pot experiment by using materials collected in Tianzhu and Yuzhong.The results showed that the optimal water level for accumulation of aboveground N,P and biomass was W1,and it was W2 for accumulation of underground biomass and utilization of N and P.Comparison between Tianzhu and Yuzhong materials under W2 and W1 treatments showed that the proportion of underground biomass allocation increased by 57.39%and 6.88%respectively,the accumulation of underground N increased by 86.01%and 6.60%respectively,and the proportion of underground N distribution increased by 60.95%and 18.62%respectively.The accumulation and distribution of P in Tianzhu material were increased by 91.33%and 59.53%respectively.The N use efficiency of Yuzhong material increased by 8.56%.The drought tolerant of Tianzhu material with better extensive potential was stronger than Yuzhong material.
