摘 要:以草地早熟禾为试验材料,研究了不同硝酸铵施用量对草地早熟禾生长及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:(1)2016年7,8和9月,硝酸铵施用量为179.70kg/hm2的处理株高分别比对照提高了51.47%,40.98%和74.67%,差异显著(P<0.05),施量209.70kg/hm2处理分别低于179.70kg/hm2的处理1.00,4.33和1.80cm;6~9月,叶长分别比对照提高86.24%、27.58%、77.24%、43.00%,叶宽分别高于对照82.16%、46.64%、52.43%、12.03%,均差异显著(P<0.05);叶绿素含量分别高于对照107.95%、9.30%、34.06%、37.31%;(2)2017年6,7月,179.70kg/hm2处理株高分别比对照提高19.25%、16.36%,,叶长高于对照49.92%、65.94%、30.02%、30.36%,均差异显著(P<0.05),叶宽高于对照67.95%、8.32%、25.73%、43.74%,叶绿素含量高于对照106.44%、38.68%、44.09%、32.58%。综合分析表明,179.70kg/hm2处理对促进草地早熟禾生长和提高叶绿素含量效果最佳。The effect of different NH 4NO 3 application levels on growth and chlorophyll content of Poa pratensis was studied by measuring the plant height,leaf length and width,and chlorophyll content in 2016 and 2017 in Daqing.The results showed that 1)in July,August and September 2016,the plant height under 179.70 kg/ha NH 4NO 3 treatment was increased by 51.47%,40.98%and 74.67%respectively compared to the control(P<0.05).The plant height under 209.70 kg/ha treatment was 1.00 cm,4.33 cm and 1.80cm lower than those under 179.70 kg/ha treatment.In June,July,August and September,the leaf length was 86.24%,27.58%77.24%and 43.00%higher than control,and the leaf width were 82.16%,46.64%,52.43%and 12.03%higher than control(P<0.05).The chlorophyll content was 107.95%,9.30%,34.06%and 37.31%higher than control;2)in June and July 2017,the plant height under 179.70 kg/ha treatment was 19.25%and16.36%higher than control.The leaf length was 49.92%,65.94%,30.02%and 30.36%higher than control.The leaf width was 67.95%,8.32%,25.73%and 43.74%higher than control.The chlorophyll content was 106.44%,38.68%,44.09%and 32.58%higher than control.179.70 kg/ha treatment was the best.
