高校大学生创新创业训练计划实施的满意度调查分析

摘　　要：高校大学生创新创业训练计划是国家为培养现代创新创业人才,高校实施创新创业教育实践教学的主要模式之一。高校大学生创新创业训练计划在我国实施多年,已经形成了学校、地方、国家三级体系。作为计划实施对象主体的大学生对计划实施的"满意度"是衡量计划实施效果和质量的主要依据,基于学生视角的高校大学生创新创业训练计划实施的"满意度"是高校大学生对学校实施大学生创新创业训练计划"满意程度"的量化描述。通过对参加学校大学生创新创业训练计划项目的大学生对项目实施的"满意度"的调查与分析,发现参与大学生创新创业训练计划项目的大学生对学校实施大学生创新创业训练计划项目的"满意度"总体上"较高",但也存在一系列影响大学生"满意度"的项目管理方面的主要问题。这些问题和大学生们的诸多意见及建议,将为学校继续实施大学生创新创业训练计划项目和项目管理改革提供量化实证依据,进一步推动学校创新创业教育教学及其管理改革向纵深发展。The college students’innovative entrepreneurship training program is one of the main mode to cultivate innovative entrepreneurial talent and carry out the innovation and entrepreneurship education program.It has been implemented in China for many years,and has formed a three-level system of schools,localities and countries.As the main body of the implementation of the plan,the“satisfaction”of college students is the main basis for measuring the implementation effect and quality of the plan.From the perspective of students,the“satisfaction”of the implementation of the innovation and entrepreneurship training plan is a quantitative description of the“satisfaction degree”of the entrepreneurial training program.Through the investigation and analysis of the“satisfaction”of the students participating in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program of the University Students,it is found that the“satisfaction”of the students participating in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program of the University is“higher”,but there are also a series of major issues affecting the“satisfaction”of university students.These issues as well as many opinions and suggestions of college students will provide quantitative and empirical evidence for the universities to continue to implement the innovation and entrepreneurship training program and project management reform for college students,and further promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and its management reform.
