摘　　要：为适应新常态下中国产业转型升级和产业由东向西的转移以及"一带一路"倡议,通过分析科技成果转化过程中存在的问题,以构建科技成果交易中心为突破口,重点建立科技成果商品化交易机制,提出科技成果交易中心构建方案以及完善科技成果转化交易服务体系的对策建议,促进国内外科技成果在云南的汇集交易,通过市场机制优化科技成果的二次开发机制,加大引进消化吸收再创新和集成创新力度,引导原创性成果向应用发展,形成多出成果,出优质成果,快速提升创新能力和促进经济结构调整的良好局面。In order to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of China’s industries and the transfer of industries from east to west in the new normal and the“Belt and Road”initiative,the paper analyzed the problems in the process of transforming scientific and technological achievements,constructed the scientific and technological achievements trading center as a breakthrough,and focused on the establishment of commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.The trading mechanism proposes the construction plan of the scientific and technological achievements trading center and the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the scientific and technological achievements transformation transaction service system,promotes the collection of domestic and foreign scientific and technological achievements in Yunnan,optimizes the secondary development mechanism of scientific and technological achievements through market mechanism,increases the number of new innovations and integrate innovation,guides original results to application development,produces high-quality results,and quickly improves innovation capabilities and promotes a good economic restruction.
