摘  要:应用人因工效学的相关方法对矿用呼吸器进行了分析改善,并对改善优化后的使用过程进行了的程序分析,缩短了佩戴时间,提高了矿用呼吸器的安全性与可靠性。同时提出了建立井下人员健康监测管理系统,在呼吸器上加装传感器,通过井下无线通讯模块采集并传输人员生理及心理的变化数据,实时监测人员的健康状态,并根据数据分析结果采取相应的管理措施,实现人员管理的智能化,从而保障煤矿作业安全。文中的研究内容能够解决传统矿用呼吸器存在的材料与结构方面的安全隐患,对于提升井下作业的安全性,建设智慧矿山具有重要意义。The paper applied the relevant methods of ergonomics to analyze and improve the mine respirator,and conducted the procedures analysis on the optimized use process,which can shorten the wearing time,and improve the safety and reliability of the mine respirator.Also,the paper proposed to establish the health monitoring and management system for mine personnel,which is based on the sensors installed on the respirator.Through the mine wireless communication module,the physiological and psychological changes and fluctuations were collected and transmitted to the system.Therefore the health status of the personnel could be monitored in real time.According to the results of health data analysis,corresponding management measures could be taken to achieve the intelligent personnel management and ensure the safety of coal mine operations.The research of this paper is of great significance inr improving the safety of coal mine and building a smart mine.
