摘 要:我国煤炭企业多,煤工尘肺波及广,危害大,建立可靠、有效的粉尘治理状况评价体系是指导企业有效治理粉尘、改善工作环境的前提基础。文中以某选煤厂为例,建立了粉尘状况评价体系,将FAHP和FOWA算子法结合起来,建立了改进的FAHP模型,该模型把专家打分得到的因素权重和员工对各个因素的意见结合起来,评价得出本企业未来粉尘治理方面的投入方向,同时认识到员工对企业的粉尘现状的评价为一般。模型在应用中省去了一致性检验,优化了主观因素的影响,考虑了企业员工对指标的评价,得到的结果有利于企业粉尘防治工作有方向的进行。There are many coal enterprises in China,and the coal workers’pneumoconiosis is widespread and harmful.Establishing a reliable and effective dust control status evaluation system is the premise basis for guiding enterprises to effectively control dust and improve the working environment.In this paper,a coal preparation plant is taken as an example to establish a dust condition evaluation system.The FAHP and FOWA operator methods are combined to establish an improved FAHP model.The model combines the weight of factors obtained by experts and the opinions of employees on various factors.The evaluation draws the direction of the company’s future dust management,and recognizes that employees’evaluation of the dust status of the company is general.This model eliminates the consistency test in the application,optimizes the influence of subjective factors,and takes the evaluation of the indicators by the employees into consideration,and the obtained results are beneficial to the dust control of the enterprise,and the effect is generally good.
