摘　　要：采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铁矿石中全铁、磁性铁、五氧化二铌、二氧化硅、氧化铈和磷的含量,用碱熔–盐酸提取的方法对样品进行处理,即用质量比为2∶1的无水碳酸钠和硼酸的混合熔剂对样品进行熔融,然后用盐酸溶液(1+5)浸取,各元素最佳分析谱线为Fe 374.826 nm,Si 212.4 nm,Nb 309.418 nm,Ce 418.660 nm,P178.284 nm。通过基体匹配,消除基体效应的干扰。各元素标准工作曲线线性相关系数均在0.999以上,方法的检出限为0.000 6%～0.005 4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于2%(n=6)。用该方法对标准样品进行测定,测定结果与认定值或推荐值吻合较好。该方法避免了基体效应的干扰,简便,快速,满足批量样品的分析要求。A method of determination of total iron,magnetic iron,antimony pentoxide,silicon dioxide,antimony oxide and phosphorus in iron ore by inductively coupled plasma–atomic emission spectrometry was established.The sample was treated by alkali fusion–hydrochloric acid extraction method,which was melted with mixed flux of anhydrous sodium carbonate and boric acid at mass ratio of 2∶1,and then leached with hydrochloric acid(1+5).The analysis spectral lines of elements were as follows:Fe 374.826 nm,Si 212.4 nm,Nb 309.418 nm,Ce 418.660 nm,P 178.284 nm.Elimination of matrix effect interference through matrix matching.Linear coefficient of each element was more than 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 0.000 6%–0.005 4%.The relative standard deviation of detection results was less than 2%(n=6).The standard samples were detected by the method.The measurement results were good agreement with the certified and recommended values.The method avoids matrix interference,is simple and quick,so it can meet requirement of batch sample analysis.
