摘  要:由禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)引起的小麦赤霉病在长江中下游地区危害日益严重,小麦赤霉病的发生不仅造成小麦产量的严重下降,而且使其籽粒带毒危及人畜健康。随着单一化学农药的长期使用,小麦赤霉病菌的抗药性日益增强,而混配药剂是提高药效、延缓抗药性的有效策略之一。为开发新型的复配药剂,本研究采用用不同比例混配的咪鲜胺和氰烯菌酯对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制效果及增效作用进行研究。结果表明:咪鲜胺与氰烯菌酯混配比例为1∶3时药效最好,其EC50值为0.018 46。该结果对新型复配药剂的开发及小麦赤霉病的有效防治提供了理论依据。Fusarium graminearum,the agent of wheat scab,is an increasing threat to wheat production in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.On one hand,the scab disease seriously constrains the yield of wheat,on the other hand,the harvested seeds are poisoned and unsafe to human and livestock health.Currently,with the long-term using of single fungicide,F.graminearum has ever-growing resistance level to main fungicides.The mixture of fungicide is one of the best strategies to effectively control the disease and delay the development of fungicide resistance.To develop new types of mixed fungicides,in this study,the inhibitory effect of a series of mixtures of prochloraz and cyanuric acid on the growing status pathogen of F.graminearum was tested.The results showed that the best ratio of prochloraz and cyanobacteria was 1∶3,as the ratio can achieve the best growing inhibitory effect,and the EC 50 was 0.018 46.This study will provide theoretical guidance to the development of new mixed fungicides and effective control of F.graminearum.
