摘 要:探明结果母枝粗度对柑橘果实品质的影响,为建立科学的优质栽培技术提供依据。以南丰蜜橘为材料,通过分析其结果母枝粗度并进行等级划分,对不同等级结果母枝粗度的南丰蜜橘果实品质进行比较。研究结果表明,不同粗度结果母枝的南丰蜜橘果实在大小、色泽、Vc和风味品质等方面均存在差异。单果质量、果皮厚度、横纵径、色泽(L*,a*,b*,C*,CCI)、质构指标(囊衣纤维强度、囊衣延展性、囊衣韧性、硬度、咀嚼度、剪切力)、可溶性固形物等随着结果母枝粗度的增加而逐渐增大,化渣性感官评价、色泽(h*)、奎尼酸含量则相反,而Vc及葡萄糖含量的变化无明显规律。相关分析表明,单果质量、果皮厚度、横纵径和苹果酸组分与结果母枝粗度呈正相关关系,糖酸比、固酸比、果糖和奎尼酸组分与结果母枝粗度呈负相关关系。模糊综合评判表明在等权和加权下结果母枝粗度2.5~3.0 mm的果实品质最差,在等权情况下结果母枝粗度≤2.5 mm的果实品质最佳,在加权情况下结果母枝粗度>3.5 mm的果实由于单果质量、横纵径等的权重高而位列第一,结果母枝粗度≤2.5 mm的果实排名第二。结果母枝粗度对南丰蜜橘果实品质有重要影响。综合来看,结果母枝粗度≤2.5 mm的果实化渣性最佳且糖酸比和固酸比最高,>3.5 mm及3.0~3.5 mm次之,2.5~3.0mm果实品质最差。In order to investigate the influence of bearing base shoot diameter on fruit quality and provide a theoretical basis for establishing scientific cultivation technology,Nanfeng tangerine with consistent growth were randomly selected for investigation.Fruits from the bearing base shoots of four grades of diameters were sampled and analyzed.There were significant differences in fruit characters,such as,fruit color,flavor,Vc,sugar and acid compositions among the fruits.The fruit weight,peel thickness,diameter,length,fruit color(L*,a*,b*,C*,CCI),texture index(garment fiber strength,capsular malleability,capsule dressing toughness,hardness,chewiness,shear force),and total soluble solid gradually increased with the increase of the bearing base shoot diameter,while the sensory evaluation,color(h*)and quinic acid were the opposite.The changes in the sugar/acid ratio,TSS/TA ratio,Vc,fructose content and glucose content had no obvious regularity.The bearing base shoot diameter was positively correlated with malic acid,and significantly positively correlated with fruit weight,peel thickness,diameter,length and other indexes.Moreover,it was negatively correlated with sugar/acid ratio and TSS/TA ratio,and significantly negatively correlated with fructose,quinic acid and hue angle.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation revealed that①when equal-weighted the quality of the fruit of the bearing base shoots with a diameter of≤2.5 mm was better than that of the fruit of the bearing base shoots with a diameter of 3.0-3.5 mm followed by that of fruit of the bearing base shoots with a diameter of>3.5 mm and that of the fruit of the bearing base shoots with a diameter of 2.0-3.0 mm;②when weighted the quality of the fruit of the bearing base shoots with a diameter of>3.5 mm was better than that of the fruit of the bearing base shoots with a diameter of≤2.5 mm followed by that of the fruit of the bearing base shoots with a diameter of 3.0-3.5 mm and that of the fruit of the bearing base shoots with a diameter of 2.5-3.0 mm.In the wei
