摘 要:为探明杜鹃花类菌根真菌(ERM)在干旱胁迫下对桃叶杜鹃根系细胞超微结构的影响,利用盆栽实验法,以1年生桃叶杜鹃幼苗为材料,在正常水分(80%~90%)、轻度干旱(65%~75%)、中度干旱(50%~60%)、重度干旱(35%~45%) 4种水分条件下,设对照(CK)、分别接种ERM(TY29、TY35) 3个处理,研究不同处理下桃叶杜鹃根系中柱细胞超微结构的变化。干旱胁迫严重影响桃叶杜鹃根细胞超微结构,受害程度随干旱程度的增加而加剧,但接种菌根真菌后,在相同水分胁迫下,接种植株各细胞器完整程度要高于对照,其中接种TY35对桃叶杜鹃的影响明显。接种ERM菌株能够缓解干旱对桃叶杜鹃根细胞的伤害,维持细胞器的完整性,提高桃叶杜鹃抗旱性。This study investigated the effect of Ericoid mycorrhizal fugi on Rhododendron annae seedlings under water stress.The one year seedlings of Rhododendron annae inoculated with two different Ericoid mycorrhizas(TY35,TY29)and not inoculated(CK)were used as test materials.The different effects on the ultramicrostructure of the central cells in the root system of Rhododendron annae mycorrhizal seedlings were studied with four treatments of drought stress(80%~90%,65%~75%,50%~60%and 35%~45%)in the greenhouse.The ultramicrostructure of the root cells of Rhododendron annae were severely affected by drought stress,and the damage degree increased with the increase of drought levels.But the root cell organelles of the plants inoculated with mycorrhiza fungi were more complete than those not inoculated with mycorrhizal fungi in the same water stress,especially those inoculated with TY35.In conclusion inoculation with ERM would alleviate the damage of drought,maintain the integrity of the organelles,and enhance drought resistance of Rhododendron annae root cells.
