摘 要:中国的城镇化和工业化快速发展致使大量农村人口从农村流向城市,村庄宅基地出现闲置、废弃等现象,进行农村居民点整理对于农村土地合理利用和新农村建设具有重要意义。以江苏省宜兴市217个行政村为研究单元,以自然、经济社会、空间形态3个维度构建综合评价指标体系,利用熵权法与AHP综合确定指标权重,计算得到农村居民点整理适宜性综合分值。通过综合分值运用空间自相关模型得到结果与人均居民点用地面积分区结果作为划分依据,将宜兴市划分为优先区、次先区、适度区和优化区四类区域,从整理时序、模式、土地利用安排等方面提出差别化管理措施。研究根据适宜性分值空间分布状况与居民点人均面积叠加进行农村居民点整理分区划定,对今后土地整理规划制定与农村居民点整理安排提供科学支撑。With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China,a large amount of farmers flow from countryside to urban areas,which leads to the problem that homestead becomes abandoned and vacant,therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the consolidation of rural settlements for new rural construction and the orderly use of rural settlements.In this study,217 administrative villages in Yixing were selected as the research object,and a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed from 3 dimensions of constructing nature,economy and society and landscape.Then the comprehensive weight was determined using entropy method and analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive scores of suitability of rural residential land consolidation were calculated.According to the spatial correlation results of comprehensive scores obtained from spatial autocorrelation model and the zoning of per capita rural residential land area,the study area was divided into four regions:prior consolidation area,primary consolidation area,moderate consolidation area and optimized consolidation area.On this basis,differentiated management measures from aspects of sequence in time,mode,land use strategy and so on were proposed.The zoning of rural residential land consolidation according to the suitability score and per capita residential area in this study provides a scientific basis for the formulation of land consolidation planning and the arrangement of the timing of rural settlements consolidation.
