摘　　要：从供需协同视角分析了邮轮制造物流的特点,构建了1个邮轮生产企业对n个原材料供应商的联合库存管理模型,并与独立传统库存模型进行对比分析,最后通过算例分析得出JMI模式能大大降低邮轮生产企业的库存管理成本及供应链库存成本。From the perspective of supply and demand synergy,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the cruise manufacturing logistics,builds a JMI model involving one cruiser manufacturing enterprise and several raw material suppliers,compares it with the traditional independent inventory model and at the end,through a numerical example,demonstrates that the JMI model can greatly reduce the inventory management costs and supply chain inventory costs of the cruise manufacturing enterprise.
