摘　　要：在知识经济迅速发展的背景下,信息与知识成为整个企业的核心资源,通过资源整合提高资源应用价值,以此促进企业发展。随着资源量的逐渐增加,传统的人工资源整合方式已经无法满足资源管理,急需引进现代化的管理技术,设计一套标准的资源管理系统。笔者将采用J2EE框架、B/S架构设计标准管理系统,包括门户网站、标准制修订、标准编纂、移动服务4项功能,并探究该系统在火电厂中的应用情况。In the era of rapid development of knowledge economy,information and knowledge have become the core resources of the whole enterprise,and the application value of resources has been improved through resource integration to promote enterprise development.With the gradual increase of resources,traditional methods of artificial resource integration have been unable to meet resource management.It is urgent to introduce modern management technology and design a standard resource management system.This article will use J2EE framework,B/S architecture design standard management system,including portal,standard revision,standard compilation,mobile services four functions,and explore the application of the system in thermal power plants.
