摘 要:纵观图书馆的发展历史,无论从资源组织,还是从服务模式,都需要顺应科技的发展,满足社会的需求。智慧图书馆正处于初级阶段,数字人文服务任重道远。在新信息技术时代的背景下,笔者以南京图书馆自建资源库为例,分析以智能技术为支撑的智慧图书馆,从用户角度分析知识获取中存在的障碍,并提出构建智慧数据知识组织、提供智慧数字人文服务的相关设想。Throughout the history of Library development,whether from resource organization or service mode,we need to adapt to the development of science and technology and meet the needs of society.The intelligent library is at the initial stage,and the Digital Humanities service has a long way to go.In the context of the new information technology era,the author takes the self-built resource database of Nanjing Library as an example,analyses the intelligent library supported by intelligent technology,analyses the obstacles in knowledge acquisition from the user's point of view,and puts forward some related ideas of building intelligent data knowledge organization and providing intelligent digital humanistic services.
