摘 要:先天性心脏病患儿的神经系统发育异常包括脑部结构异常、容积异常、代谢异常以及血流异常。超声和MRI是检测先天性心脏病胎儿神经系统发育异常的主要手段,超声主要用于评估胎儿脑部容积和血流,MRI主要用于评估胎儿脑部结构、容积以及代谢。本文对超声和MRI在先天性心脏病胎儿神经系统发育异常中的应用价值进行综述。Neurodevelopmental abnormalities of fetuses with congenital heart disease include structural abnormalities,altered brain volume,abnormalities of brain metabolism and brain blood flow.Ultrasound and MRI are the main approaches of detecting neurodevelopmental abnormalities of fetuses with congenital heart disease.Ultrasound is mainly used to assess changes of fetal brain volume and blood flow,while MRI is mainly used to assess fetal brain structures,volume and metabolism.The application progresses of ultrasound and MRI in neurodevelopmental abnormalities of fetuses with congenital heart disease were reviewed in this article.
