高校共青团促进大学生创新创业社团发展模式构建与运行机制研究

摘　　要：基于全面考察大学生创新创业社团——安徽理工大学大学生机器人协会(全国大学生"小平科技创新团队")基础,从高校共青团视角,运用系统理论,采用典型个案实证和学科交叉研究方法,对高校共青团构建促进大学生创新创业社团发展模式与运行机制进行系统研究,探索出大学生创新创业社团孵育机制即组织动员、资源整合、新老传递、成果转化、竞赛孵化和制度优化"六大机制",对于促进新时代大学生创新创业社团创新发展具有现实应用价值。Based on a comprehensive survey of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship association--Student Robot Association of Anhui University of Science and Technology(National College Students“Xiaoping Technology Innovation Team”),from the perspective of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities,with systematic theory and typical case studies and interdisciplinary research methods,the promotion of College Youth League on the construction and development as well as the operation mechanism of College Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship associations is studied systematically.It is explored that the incubation mechanism of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship associations,namely,organization mobilization,resource integration,new and old delivery,achievement transformation,competition incubation and institutional optimization--the“six major mechanisms”,are of realistic applicative value to promote the innovation and innovation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship associations in the new era.
