阿替洛尔治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿替洛尔治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月于大连市友谊医院老年病科一病房收治的慢性心力衰竭病例60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组30例,采用西医吲哚普利、呋塞米、美托洛尔口服治疗的方法,试验组35例,吲哚普利、呋塞米、阿替洛尔口服观察两组患者的左心功能(LVEF)和B型尿钠肽(BNP)情况。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论阿替洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭可以提高患者心功能,降低BNP,值得推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of atenolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in Dalian Friendship Hospital Department of Cardiology treated 60 cases of chronic heart failure,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method,of which 30 cases of the control group,using the method of Western medicine indolapril,furosemide,oral metoprolol treatment,experimental group 35 cases,observation of left ventricular function in two groups the indolapril,furosemide,oral atenolol(LVEF)and B type natriuretic peptide(BNP).Results The experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Atenolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure can improve heart function,reduce BNP patients,which is worthy to be popularized.
