摘　　要：目的探讨血卟啉注射液光动力疗法治疗鲜红斑痣的临床价值。方法随机将我院2017年1月—2018年7月收治的52例鲜红斑痣患者分为两组,每组26例。对照组行二氧化碳(CO2)激光治疗,观察组行血卟啉注射液光动力法治疗。观察临床疗效以及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率等明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论血卟啉注射液光动力疗法治疗鲜红斑痣效果理想。Objective To investigate the clinical value of photodynamic therapy of hematoporphyrin injection in the treatment of port wine stain.Methods 52 patients with port wine stains admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carbon dioxide(CO2)laser,and the observation group was treated with hematoporphyrin injection photodynamic therapy.The clinical effects and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of hemoporphyrin injection photodynamic therapy is effective.
