血清降钙素原在胃肠外科术后感染早期诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析血清降钙素原检测在胃肠外科术后感染早期诊断中的作用。方法回顾分析2014年3月—2018年3月我院86例胃肠外科术后感染患者的临床资料,按照患者疾病严重程度将所有患者分为轻中度感染组(52例)与重度感染组(34例);检测并分析其术后第1天血清降钙素原水平的改变。结果 86例胃肠外科术后感染患者的血清降钙素原平均水平为(6.45±0.83)ng/ml,较<0.5 ng/ml的正常值标准升高;重度感染患者的血清降钙素原水平高于轻中度感染患者(P<0.01)。结论根据血清降钙素原的变化,可通过对该指标的监测和分析,以实现胃肠外科术后感染的早期诊断和感染严重程度的分析。Objective To explore the effects of serum procalcitonin in the early diagnosis of postoperative infection in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 86 cases of postoperative infection after gastrointestinal surgery were selected and divided into mild or moderate infection group(52 cases)and severe infection group(34 cases)from March 2014 to March 2018.The changes of serum procalcitonin level were detected and analyzed first days after operation.Results The average serum procalcitonin level in 86 patients with postoperative infection after gastrointestinal surgery was(6.45±0.83)ng/ml,which was higher than the normal value of<0.5 ng/ml.Serum procalcitonin levels in patients with severe infection were higher than those in mild to moderate infection(P<0.01).Conclusion Early diagnosis and the severity of infection of postoperative infection in gastrointestinal surgery can be realized through detection and analysis of PCT.
