摘　　要：目的探讨丙泊酚分别与不同阿片类镇痛药(盐酸纳布啡、地佐辛和舒芬太尼)复合用于无痛胃肠镜检查的临床效果。方法选择90例行胃肠镜检查的患者,随机分为A组(n=30):丙泊酚+盐酸纳布啡的注射液,B组(n=30):丙泊酚+地佐辛的注射液,C组(n=30):丙泊酚+舒芬太尼的注射液;比较三组患者MMSE评分、Ramsay镇静评分及不良反应。结果三组患者用药前后的MMSE评分无明显变化,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);三组患者的Ramsay镇静评分,A组与B组、C组对比差异均存在统计学的意义(P <0.05); A组患者不良反应总发生率低于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚和盐酸纳布啡复合用于无痛胃肠镜检查安全性高,不良反应少,临床效果更满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of propofol combined with different opioid analgesics(nalbuphine hydrochloride,dizoxine and sufentanil)on patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods 90 patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy were randomly divided into group A(n=30):propofol+nabuprofen hydrochloride injection,group B(n=30):propofol+dezocine injection,group C(n=30):propofol+sufentanil injection;MMSE score,Ramsay sedation score and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in MMSE score between the three groups(P>0.05);Ramsay sedation score of three groups was statistically significant in group A,group B and group C(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in group B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion The propofol combine with naborphine hydrochloride for painless gastroenteroscopy is safer,adverse reactions less and it has more satisfied with the clinical effects.
