一次性灭菌纸巾在外科手消毒中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性灭菌纸巾在外科手消毒中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月—2016年12月在我院经过手卫生规范培训的220名外科手术人员,随机分为两组,每组各110例,观察组使用一次性灭菌纸巾进行外科手消毒,对照组使用灭菌毛巾进行外科手消毒,比较两组手消毒合格率、样品菌落总数与消毒成本。结果观察组手消毒合格率(99.09%vs. 91.82%)、样品菌落总数[(0.08±0.03)CFU/cm2 vs.(2.17±0.25)CFU/cm2]与消毒成本[(8.96±4.70)元vs.(83.15±7.53)元]均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论使用一次性灭菌纸巾进行外科手消毒能够有效提高消毒效果,节约消毒成本。Objective To explore the application effect of disposable sterilization paper towels in surgical hand disinfection.Methods A total of 220 surgical staff who were trained in hand hygiene in our hospital from May 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups of 110 patients in each group.The observation group was given disposable sterilization paper towels for surgical hands.Disinfection,the control group was given sterile towels for surgical hand disinfection,hand disinfection rate,sample contamination and disinfection costs in the two groups was compared.Results The qualified rate of hand disinfection in observation group(99.09%vs.91.82%),the amount of bacteria in the sample[(0.08±0.03)CFU/cm2 vs.(2.17±0.25)CFU/cm2]and the cost of disinfection[(8.96±4.70)yuan vs.(83.15±7.53)yuan]were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of disposable sterilization paper towels for surgical hand disinfection can effectively improve the disinfection effect,save the cost of disinfection.
