摘　　要：目的探析PDCA循环管理模式在心脏外科住院患者中的应用效果。方法根据随机数字表法,将我院心脏外科收集到的60例住院患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规模式护理,而观察组在此基础上加以PDCA循环管理模式护理。观察两组患者的焦虑评分、并发症发生率以及患者护理满意度情况,对比应用效果。结果观察组患者焦虑评分与对照组相比更低(P <0.05);在并发症方面,观察组发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%(P <0.05);对比患者护理满意度,观察组更佳,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将PDCA循环管理模式应用于心脏外科住院患者中,有助于缓解患者焦虑情绪,减少并发症的发生,提升患者护理满意度,进一步保证了护理质量。Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle management model for inpatients in department of cardiac surgery.Methods 60 cases of hospitalized patients and who collected in our hospital of department of cardiac surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was implemented the routine mode of nursing,while the observation group was treated with PDCA cycle management mode on this basis of treatment.Then,the anxiety score,incidence of complications and patient satisfaction with nursing of two groups of patients were observed,and the application effects were compared.Results The anxiety score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the complications,the incidence of the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 26.67%(P<0.05).Compared with patients'nursing satisfaction,the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management mode in hospitalized patients in cardiac surgery,which can help relieve patients'anxiety,reduce complications,improve patients'nursing satisfaction,and further guarantee the quality of nursing.
