探讨严重胸腹外伤的急救与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨严重胸腹外伤的急救与护理方法。方法现随机选取我院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的严重胸腹外伤患者共100例。按照随机数字表法的形式将其分成两组,即为实验组和对照组,每组各50例患者。对照组给予患者常规护理和急救。实验组给予患者完善后的急救和护理。观察实验组和对照组患者护理满意率。结果对照组护理满意率为87.5%,其中非常满意例数为20例、比较满意例数为22例、不满意为8例;实验组护理满意率为96.0%,其中非常满意例数为40例、比较满意例数为8例、不满意为2例。对照组护理满意率低于实验组,组间差异有统计学意义,χ2=4.000,P <0.05。结论完善后的护理和急救,在实施过程中将"以患者为中心"的理念彻底贯穿于整个救治流程,其效果理想。Objective To investigate the value of first aid and nursing care of severe thoracoabdominal trauma.Methods 100 patients with severe thoracoabdominal trauma were randomly selected from January 2016 to December 2017.The patients were divided into two groups:experimental group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and first aid.The patients in the experimental group were given first aid and nursing after improvement.The nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group and the control group was observed.Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group was 87.5%,in which 20 cases were very satisfactory,22 cases were satisfactory and 8 cases were unsatisfactory,while the satisfaction rate of nursing was 96.0%in the experimental group,among which 40 cases were very satisfactory and 8 cases were satisfactory.2 cases were not satisfied.The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant,χ2=4.000,P<0.05.Conclusion The idea of“patient-centered”in the course of implementation of the improved nursing and first aid is thoroughly run through the whole treatment process,and its effect is ideal.
