摘　　要：近年来,社会就业压力的增大使不少本科生选择延迟就业,继续攻读的道路。这种避开社会矛盾高峰期的选择在一定程度上确实是双赢之举,但就目前的社会现象调查来看,我国研究生的质量不容乐观。很多研究生在学术问题上存在大量的道德失范现象,如学术抄袭作假、自身能力不足、道德意识淡薄等。这些问题的存在严重影响着我国高校的学风建设和创新水平,要想彻底解决问题,不仅要针对学生进行道德方面的培养,同时还需要加强制度方面的建设和完善,真正做到内外协调、合力促进。Abstract In recent years,the increase in social employment pressure has led many undergraduates to choose to delay employment and continue their studies.This choice to avoid the peak period of social contradictions is indeed a win-win situation to a certain extent,but according to the current survey of social phenomena,the quality of postgraduate students in China is not optimistic.Many postgraduate students have a large number of moral anomie phenomena on academic issues,such as academic plagiarism,lack of ability,and weak moral awareness.The existence of these problems has seriously affected the study style construction and the level of innovation in China's colleges and universities.To solve the problem thoroughly,it is necessary not only to train students in moral aspects,but also to strengthen the construction and improvement of the system,so as to truly coordinate and promote it internally and externally.
