摘　　要：择业观对职业选择有指导和决定作用,受就业大环境及专业特质的影响,高等教育学硕士研究生的择业观展现出了一些明显特征。本文采用质的研究方法,通过对两位高等教育学专业硕士研究生深入访谈,归纳出高等教育学专业硕士研究生的择业观体现了负面态度、倾向稳定、节奏合适、分阶段考虑四个维度。影响择业观的主要因素包括家庭背景、专业就业情况及自我认知。最后对高等教育学专业择业、就业提出对策及建议。Abstract The concept of career selection has guiding and decisive effects on career selection.Affected by the employment environment and professional traits,the concept of career selection for postgraduate students in higher education shows some obvious features.By using qualitative research methods,interview with two postgraduate students majoring in higher education,the concept of career selection for postgraduates majoring in higher education shows four dimensions included:negative attitude,stability,proper rhythm and phased consideration.The main factors that affect career selection include family background,employment and self-cognition.Finally,it put forward?some suggestions about career selection and employment for higher education major.Key
