摘 要:依据Mc Master家庭功能模式理论,了解社交焦虑障碍大学生家庭功能研究现状。结果发现,在社交焦虑障碍大学生家庭中,问题解决上,方式极端,对待大学生多以过度保护、严厉惩罚或冷漠回应的形式处理;家庭沟通上,缺乏有效沟通,缺少交流;家庭角色上,职责不明确,角色模糊;情感反应上,亲密度低且情感反应冷淡;情感介入上,过度干预或缺乏情感介入;行为控制上,表现为行为控制能力缺失。得出结论,SAD家庭存在的问题共同导致社交焦虑障碍大学生家庭功能的严重缺失,对于社交焦虑障碍大学生受到来自同伴关系、学业成绩等方面的压力,父母应当及时的给予孩子关注,有助于缓解社交焦虑障碍大学生症状,促进其健康成长。Abstract According to McMaster's model of family functioning,the writer aims to learn about the current status of research on family functioning of college students with social anxiety disorder.It is found that in the families of colleges with social anxiety disorder,the problem solving is extremely extreme,and the college students are treated in the form of excessive protection,severe punishment or indifferent response;effective family communication is insufficient;in terms of family roles,family responsibilities are not clear,and the roles are vague;in terms of emotional response,there is low intimacy and cold reaction;in terms of emotional intervention,there is excessive intervention or insufficient emotional intervention;behavior control is manifested as lack of behavior control ability.It is concluded that the problems in the families for college students with social anxiety disorder together lead to a serious lack of family functioning of college students with social anxiety disorder.For college students with social anxiety disorder,who are pressured by peers and academic achievements,parents should promptly give attention to them and help to ease the symptoms of social anxiety disorder,thus promoting their healthy growth.
