链式复苏护理流程在创伤急救中的应用及救治影响

摘　　要：目的分析创伤急救中应用链式复苏护理流程的救治效果是否优于常规救治护理。方法从某医疗急救中心2017年6月至2018年6月诊治的106例创伤急救患者中随机分成2组,每组各53例,甲组为研究组,采用链式复苏护理流程,乙组为对照组,采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组抢救时间(19.82±5.71)min、辅助检查时间(10.13±3.24)min、急诊转手术时间(6.15±1.34)min、急诊至病房时间(42.76±10.21)min,均优于对照组(P <0.05);抢救成功率90.57%,高于对照组(P <0.05);认知功能(67.71±10.58)分、躯体功能(63.65±11.24)分、社会功能(67.68±10.34)分、情绪功能(62.73±9.82)分,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论创伤急救中予以链式复苏护理流程的效果显著,对比常规护理的对照组可明显缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率及生活质量。Objective To analyze whether the treatment effect of chain resuscitation nursing procedure in trauma first aid was better than conventional treatment.Methods A total of 106 patients with traumatic emergency diagnosed from June 2017 to June 2018 in our center were randomly divided into two groups,53 in each group.A group was the study group,which given the chain resuscitation nursing process.The other patients in the control group was given the routine care,then compared the effects of the two groups.Results The rescue time of the study group(19.82±5.71)min,auxiliary examination time(10.13±3.24)min,emergency operation time(6.15±1.34)min,emergency room to ward time(42.76±10.21)min,which were better than the control group(P<0.05);the rescue success rate was 90.57%,which higher than the control group(P<0.05);the cognitive function(67.71±10.58)scores,physical function(63.65±11.24)scores,social function(67.68±10.34)scores,Emotional function(62.73±9.82)scores was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of chain resuscitation nursing procedure in trauma first aid was significant.Which compared with the control group of routine nursing,the rescue time could be shortened significantly,and the success rate and quality of life are improved.
