探析完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术(TEP)的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术(totally extraperitoneal repair,TEP)围手术期护理。方法回顾性分析江阴市第五人民医院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的58例完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术患者的临床资料,对围手术期护理经验进行总结。结果本组男性56例,女性2例,单侧腹股沟斜疝50例,单侧腹股沟直疝4例,双侧腹股沟斜疝4例,均行TEP手术,手术时间为30~65 min,住院时间(4~7 d),术后24 h可离床活动。术后并发症3例,其中阴囊水肿2例,1周后消退,血清肿1例,穿刺抽液后消退。术后随访6~12个月,无复发。结论完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术是治疗腹股沟疝安全、有效的新方法,做好围手术期的护理具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of totally extraperitoneal repair(TEP).Methods The clinical data of 58 patients undergoing complete retroperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair in the Fifth People's Hospital of Jiangyin from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The experience of perioperative nursing was summarized.Results The group of 56 males and 2 females,unilateral inguinal hernia in 50 cases,unilateral inguinal hernia in 4 cases,bilateral inguinal hernia in 4 cases,performed TEP surgery,the operation time was 30-65 min,hospital stay(4-7 d),after 24h activities can be separated from the bed.Postoperative complications in 3 cases,of which 2 cases of scrotal edema,a week later subsided,1 case of seroma,puncture fluid subsided.All patients were followed up for 6-12 months without recurrence.Conclusion Complete extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair is a safe and effective method for the treatment of inguinal hernia,and it is of great significance to do well in perioperative nursing.
