摘　　要：电机是地铁车辆的重要部件,包括牵引电机、通风机、油泵电机等。因此,电机检测及故障诊断对保障城市轨道交通运输安全有着重要意义。主要研究电机的绝缘检测和诊断方法,重点讨论极化检测及步进电压漏电流检测的现场应用。Electric motors are the main parts of metro vehicles,including traction motors,ventilation motors,and pump motors.Therefore,the electric motor testing and fault diagnosis are important to guarantee the safety of urban rail transit operation.This paper discusses the motor insulation testing and diagnostic methods,and focuses on the field applications of PI testing and step voltage leakage current testing.
