摘  要:为研究灌水对小麦生育后期旗叶叶绿素含量和产量的影响并筛选抗旱品种,于2014—2015年在河南省辉县市设置了全生育期不灌水、灌1次水(拔节期灌水80 mm)、灌2次水(拔节期灌水80 mm+扬花期灌水80 mm)共3种灌溉处理,比较了16个冬小麦品种的小麦成熟期旗叶叶绿素含量和产量。结果表明,不同灌水处理的小麦成熟期旗叶叶绿素含量和产量无显著差异,成熟期旗叶叶绿素含量与产量无显著相关性。根据3个灌水处理的产量将16个小麦品种分为5类:周麦23和新科麦168属于超高产类;周麦26等7个品种属于高产稳产类;石麦15属于高产不稳产类;周麦18、矮抗58等5个品种属于中低产类;新麦0208属低产类。To study the effects of irrigation on chlorophyll content in mature period and yield of wheat and identify drought-tolerant wheat varieties,field experiments were carried out during 2014-2015 in Huixian City of Henan Province with 3 irrigation rates,including no irrigation,irrigation once(80 mm during shooting stage),irrigation twice(80 mm during shooting stage and 80 mm during flowering stage),and compared chlorophyll content of wheat flag leaf in the mature stage and yield of the 16 winter wheat varieties.The result showed that there was no significant difference in chlorophyll contents of the flag leaf in the mature period and yields between different irrigation rates,and there was no significant correlation between the flag leaf chlorophyll content in the mature period and yield.Cluster analysis based on yield indicated that 16 cultivars could be classified into 5 groups:super high yielding,including Zhoumai23 and Xinkemai168;high and stable yielding group,including 7 varieties such as Zhoumai26 and so on;high but unstable yielding group,including Shimai15;moderate and low yielding group,including 5 varieties such as Zhoumai18,Aikang 58 and so on;low yielding group,including Xinmai0208.
