摘　　要：本文通过分析安徽省产地韭菜中风险因子验证结果,结合生产基地调研情况,从安全生产实际出发,提出了安徽省韭菜安全生产管控技术要点,包括产地环境、品种选择、整地施肥、定植、定植后管理、病虫害防治、采收及采后管理等方面内容,并提出了安全生产监管建议,以期为种植户提供参考。Based on the results of Chinese leek in Anhui Province and the investigation on vegetable production,this paper put forward the key points for the safety production management and control techniques of Chinese leek in Anhui Province,including the producing environment,variety selection,site preparation and fertilization,planting,management,plant diseases and insect pests control,harvesting and management after harvesting etc.,and put forward some suggestions of production safety supervision,so as to provide references for farmers.
