引滦明渠水环境潜在威胁因素分析及监督防范措施

摘　　要：引滦明渠是将滦河水引入天津市的一段专用输水渠道。本文分析了引滦明渠水环境现状以及存在的问题,并提出了监督防范措施,具体包括治理措施、监督管理措施、环境风险防范措施等方面内容,以期为引滦明渠水环境的保护提供参考。Yinluan Channel is a special water supply channel for introducing Luan River into Tianjin City.This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the water environment of Yinluan Channel,and put forward the supervision and prevention measures,including the governance measures,supervision and management measures,environmental risk prevention measures,and so on,in order to provide references for protection of the water environment of Yinluan Channel.
