摘　　要：为探索散叶烘烤在施甸县的适用性效果,以烤烟品种105为材料对散叶堆放烘烤、烟夹烘烤进行了装烟量、每1 kg干烟叶用工成本、每1 kg干烟叶能耗成本和综合收益比较。结果表明,散叶烘烤在装烟量、每1 kg干烟用工成本及综合收益等方面都不如烟夹烘烤,散叶烘烤较烟夹烘烤装烟量低了7.57%、用工成本高了1.27元/kg、耗能成本少了0.11元/h、综合总收益低了3.71元/kg。In order to explore the applicability of loose leaf baking in Shidian County,the flue-cured tobacco variety 105 was used as the material for the loose-leaf stack baking and the cigarette-clip roasting,the loading tobacco amounts,the labor cost per kg of dry tobacco leaves,the energy cost per kg of dry tobacco leaves,and overall benefits were compared.The results showed that loose leaf baking was not as good as cigarette holder baking in terms of loading tobacco amounts,labor cost per kg of dry tobacco leaves and overall benefits.The loading tobacco amounts in loose leaf baking was 7.57%lower,the cost per kg of dry tobacco leaves was 1.27 yuan higher,the energy cost per hour was 0.11 yuan less,and the overall benefit per kg of tobacco leaves was 3.71 yuan lower.
