摘　　要：开放式实验作为培养新时代应用型创新人才的重要手段,是高校培养人才的重要途径。鱼类遗传育种学是一门应用性较强的课程,是水产专业的主干课程之一。近年来,课题组通过对实验教学进行多方面改革,激发了学生的积极主动性,提高了学生的动手能力和综合素质,提升了实验教学效果,实现了产学研相结合的教学目标,对人才培养起到了积极推动的作用。本文介绍了鱼类遗传育种学开放式实验教学的实施办法和教学效果,以期为教学改革提供参考。Open experiment is an important mean to cultivate innovative talents in the new era,and it is an important way to train talents in colleges and universities.Fish genetics-breeding is a highly applied course and one of the main courses in the aquatic industry.In recent years,the research team has carried out various reforms on experimental teaching,which has improved the students′initiative,practical ability and comprehensive quality,improved the experimental teaching effect,realized the teaching goal of combining production,teaching and research,and played a positive role in talent cultivation.This paper introduced the implementation methods and teaching effects of open-ended experimental teaching of Fish genetics-breeding,with a view to providing references for teaching reform.
