摘 要:目的观察研究TgCatCHn4(Chinese 1)株弓形虫在猫回肠上皮细胞发育过程中的虫体形态特点,对小鼠RH株弓形虫急性感染期的病理变化和虫体分布进行探讨。方法复制弓形虫感染的终末宿主和中间宿主模型,采用石蜡切片H&E染色和IHC染色方法。结果家猫摄入弓形虫包囊后,可成功排泄弓形虫卵囊(3DPI^10DPI)。回肠病理变化主要表现为吸收细胞脱落和固有层淋巴细胞的坏死,可观察到弓形虫在回肠上皮裂殖生殖和配子生殖各阶段虫体的形态。RH株弓形虫感染的小鼠病理损伤主要表现为肝脏、脾脏和淋巴结的局灶性坏死,坏死灶分布多量速殖子,虫体多以花瓣状、簇状分布。结论详细探讨了弓形虫感染猫和小鼠后的虫体形态学和对机体的病理损伤特点,为弓形虫在终末宿主和中间宿主的病理诊断和入侵机制研究提供参考依据。Definitive host and intermediate host of Toxoplasma gondii infection were replicated in this study.The morphology of TgCatCHn4(Chinese 1)strains T.gondii development in cat ilem epithelial cells was observed by paraffin section,Hematoxylin-Eosin staining and immunohistochemistry methods.The pathological lesions and the distribution of T.gondii tachyzoites in mice were observed during acute toxoplasmosis induced by RH strains T.gondii.Results showed that after domestic cat ingested cysts of T.gondii,oocysts were shed successfully at 3-10 d post inoculation.Desquamation of absorptive cells and lymphocytes necrosis in lamina propria were observed in jejunum of cat.Multiplicative reproduction of schizonts and gametes of T.gondii were found in the ilem epithelial cells.Multiple focal necroses were observed in liver,spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes of mice induced by RH strains T.gondii.A large number of T.gondii tachyzoites were grew in necrotic lesions.The tachyzoites were crowed together and arranged petal shaped.The lesions induced by T.gondii in cat model and mice model were discussed in this paper,also focus the morphology of T.gondii tachyzoites,schizonts and gametes,this results provide the reference base for pathological diagnosis and invasion mechanism research in definitive host and intermediate hosts.
