摘  要:以桂北(GB)、桂西北(GXB)、桂中南(GZN)、桂东北(GDB)、福建(FJ)、贵州(GZ)、云南(YN)共7个地理种源的江南油杉1年生幼苗为研究材料,研究PEG-6000模拟干旱环境下江南油杉幼苗的抗旱生理响应特征。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,江南油杉各种源株高和地径生长量整体呈现下降的趋势,但每个处理中种源间的株高和地径生长量的差异不显著,不同处理对每个种源内的株高和地径生长量的差异不显著;GB、GZN、GZ、YN种源江南油杉幼苗SOD活性逐渐增加,GXB、GDB、FJ种源SOD活性先增加后下降;POD整体呈现先下降后上升的趋势;叶绿素总量整体逐渐下降;MDA含量先小幅下降后逐渐增加,电导率呈现逐步上升的趋势;脯氨酸含量逐渐增加,可溶性总糖含量整体呈现先下降再上升的趋势;叶片相对含水量逐渐减小。隶属函数分析表明7个江南油杉种源抗旱性强弱关系为:FJ> GZ> GB> YN> GDB> GZN> GXB。In this paper,the 1 years old seedings from 7 provenances,north of Guangxi autonomous region(GB),north west of Guangxi(GXB),central south of Guangxi(GZN),north east of Guangxi(GDB),Fujian province(FJ),Guizhou province(GZ)and Yunnan province(YN)of Keteleeria fortunei var.cyclolepis,as research materials,were used to investigate their physiological response characteristics of drought resistance of simulated the drought environment by PEG-6000.The results showed that:with aggravation of drought stress,the increment of height and ground diameter showed an overall decreasing trend of every provenance of Keteleeria fortune,but the height and ground diameter between provenances of each treatment have no obvious difference,it has no obvious difference in the height and the ground diameter within provenances of different treatment;the Keteleeria fortune seedings from provenances GB,GZN,GZ and YN,their SOD activity increased gradually,the seedings from provenances GXB,GDB and FJ,their SOD activity firstly increased then decreased;the POD activity showed an overall trend that decreased firstly then increased;the total chlorophyll were gradually decreased in whole;the MDA has decreased firstly in a small amplitude then gradually increased,the electrical conductivity showed an increasing trend gradually;the pro increased gradually,the soluble sugar content showed an overall trend decreased firstly then increased;the leaf relative water content decreased gradually.The result of subordinate function analysis showed that:the relationships of the drought-resistant ability from 7 provenances of Keteleeria fortune seedings were FJ>GZ>GB>YN>GDB>GZN>GXB.
