摘 要:为探究不同地理种源映山红的生长适应性区别,筛选出适宜种植的优良映山红品种,对不同种源的映山红进行了光合特性测试,并结合环境因子分析探讨主要环境因子对映山红光合作用的影响。采用Li-6400XT便携式光合仪测定映山红的光合作用,比较分析了净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、光能利用率(LUE)和水分利用率(WUE)等方面日变化规律,结果表明:3个种源间的光合特性存在较大差异,江西种源的生产能力和消耗能力都较低,适应性较差,湖南种源表现一般,安徽种源则表现出明显的"高利用、高生产、低消耗"特点,具有最高的P_n、LUE、WUE和较低的T_r,因此安徽种源可作为具有优良生长适应性的资源,在长沙地区推广应用。In order to explore the growth adaptability of Rhododendron simsii from different geographical provenances,and screen out the fine varieties suitable for local planting,this paper tested the photosynthetic characteristics of Rhododendron simsii from different provenances.Using Li-6400XT portable photosynthesis system research on photosynthetic characteristics of 3 provenances of Rhododendron simsii,and compared the daily variation in Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr,LUE,WUE and other aspects.The results show that:there was great difference in photosynthetic characteristics between the 3 provenances,the production capacity and consumption ability of Jiangxi provenance were low,and the adaptability was poor;Hunan provenance was general;the Anhui provenance shows the characteristics of“high utilization,high production and low consumption”,with the highest Pn,LUE,WUE and lower Tr,therefore,Anhui provenance can be used as a resource with excellent growth adaptability,and it can be popularized and applied in Changsha area.
