摘 要:热膨胀引起的密闭环空压力严重危害油气井井筒完整性。为实现密闭环空压力的高效调控,分析了密闭环空压力的危害,基于不同的作用机制对调控技术措施进行了分类,调研了相关技术措施的应用条件和关键参数,并对比了不同技术措施的关键技术、施工难度、可靠性和成本。研究表明:密闭环空压力会导致套管挤毁,降低管柱稳定性,并加快套管腐蚀速率,破坏水泥环和封隔器的密封完整性;密闭环空压力的调控主要是通过控制环空温度、释放膨胀液体、容纳环空热膨胀液体和增加环空液体压缩性来实现,按照调控时机可分为主动和被动两类;密闭环空压力调控技术应建立调控措施优选系统,提高预测精度,并分析环空带压条件下的井筒完整性,根据单井条件和地层性质采取相关措施。本文研究成果可为密闭环空压力调控技术的优选及关键参数设计提供参考。The trapped annulus pressure caused by thermal expansion will seriously jeopardize the wellbore integrity of oil and gas wells.In order to achieve the high-efficiency control of trapped annulus pressure,the hazards of such pressure were analyzed,and the control measures were classified based on different action mechanisms;the application conditions and key parameters of relevant measures were investigated,and the key technologies,operation difficulty,reliability and cost of various technical measures were also compared.The research results show that the trapped annulus pressure will result in casing collapsing,reduced string stability,faster casing corrosion rate,and further damage the sealing integrity of cement sheath and packer.The regulation of trapped annulus pressure is mainly realized by regulating the annulus temperature,releasing the inflated liquid,accommodating thermal expansion liquid in the annulus and enhancing the compressibility of liquid in the annulus.Such measures can be categorized into active and passive methods according to the timing of regulation.The optimization system for trapped annulus pressure regulation shall be established to improve the prediction accuracy,analyze the integrity of wellbore under sustainable annular pressure,and take relevant measures according to the single well conditions and formation properties.The research results in this paper can provide reference for the optimization and key parameters design of trapped annulus pressure regulation technology.
