摘  要:为合理评估桩身完整性和桩身承载力,降低拒锤风险,采用PDI公司的无线打桩动态分析仪,对南海北部湾砂性土壤海底区域的涠洲油田某导管架平台桩基打桩过程开展了高应变动态监测。通过监测打桩过程的锤击数、入泥深度及桩身应力值,分析了某桩的打桩捶击能量、桩身完整性,表明该桩没有拒锤及发生屈服破坏的风险。采用CAPWAP法拟合分析了桩基承载力等结果,并将CAPWAP法得到的应力结果与实测应力进行了对比,表明采用CAPWAP法拟合的应力结果可用于后续钢桩承载力的拟合分析。最后将CASE法、CAPWAP法拟合结果与设计极限承载力进行了对比,表明CAPWAP法拟合得到的桩承载力与桩设计外摩擦力结果吻合更好,对判断桩承载力有一定参考价值。本文研究结果可为该海域打桩作业提供技术参考。In order to reasonably evaluate the integrity and load-bearing capacity of the pile,and reduce the risk of hammer rejection,PDI’s wireless pile driving system was used in Weizhou oilfield to carry out high-strain dynamic monitoring while driving the foundation of a jacket platform into the sandy seabed of the Beibu gulf in the South China Sea.By means of monitoring the times of hammering,the mud penetration depth,and the stress on the pile while driving the pile,the driving energy and pile integrity have been analyzed to prove that there is no risk of hammer rejection and yield failure.CAPWAP simulation analysis was used to analyze the load-bearing capacity of pile foundation,and the stresses obtained by CAPWAP method were compared with the measured ones.The results suggest that the stresses simulated with CAPWAP method can be used to analyze the load-bearing capacity of the subsequent pile driving.Finally,the results of CASE and CAPWAP methods were compared with the designed ultimate load-bearing capacity of the pile,indicating that the load-bearing capacity obtained by CAPWAP method is in good agreement with the external friction force in pile designing,and it will provide guidance for judging the load-bearing capacity.The results of this study can provide technical reference for pile driving in this area.
