摘　　要：文中针对传统体育教学活动需要占用较大的空间以及较多人力资源的问题,分析并设计了以WEB服务器为基础,SQL为数据库的远程体育教学平台。该平台将RTP(实时传输协议)和RTCP(实时控制协议)相配合,实现了多媒体数据传输最优化。经过最终的测试证明,该系统的性能稳定,不仅打破了传统教学方法,为学生提供了一种新的学习模式。此外,还优化了教学资源,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the problem that traditional physical education teaching activities occupy more space and more human resources,this paper analyzes and designs a remote physical education teaching platform based on WEB server and SQL database.The platform combines the RTP(real-time transmission protocol)and the RTCP(real time control protocol)to achieve the optimization of multimedia data transmission.After the final test,the system is proved to be stable.The system not only breaks the traditional teaching methods,provides a new learning mode for students,and optimizes the teaching resources,has a broad application prospect.
