摘  要:针对集成了变频模块的有源相控阵天线,设计了一款在天线辐射近场测量各阵元间幅相一致性的自动化系统,解决了收发组件与阵列天线一体化设计所带来的幅相一致性测量问题。该系统采用改进的直接比较法对待测相控阵天线幅相进行测量,硬件主要使用上位机、矢量网络分析仪、现场可编程门阵列(filed-programmable Gate Array,FPGA)和三轴控制系统,软件采用实验室虚拟仪器工程平台(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench,LabVIEW)开发环境进行编程。实测结果表明,该系统可在20分钟内完成多个工作频点下,169路天线单元的幅相差异采集,具有测试速度快、测试效率高等特点。Aiming at the active phased array antenna integrated with frequency conversion module,designed an automatic system to measure the amplitude phase consistency between array units in the antenna radiation near field,solved the measure issue brought by the design of T/R module and array antenna.The system used the improved direct comparison method to measure the amplitude and phase of the phased array antenna to be measured.The hardware used the host computer,the vector network analyzer,the field-programmable gate array(FPGA)and the three-axis control system,and the software used Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench(LabVIEW)programming environment for programming.The measured results showed that the system can collect amplitude and phase differences of 169 antenna units in more than 20 minutes under the condition of fast test speed and high test efficiency.
