摘 要:在以宗法伦理为本的位传统中国社会,儒家学派为实现"得君行道"的政治理想,构建了一整套以"道—德—仁—义"为主要范畴,以"仁政""德治""礼教"为主要内容的德治思想体系,作为君主专制社会治理的基本方略。但是,君主专制社会的内在矛盾致使德治不能实现"修身、齐家、治国、平天下"的廉政建设的理想,廉政建设必须走法治的道路。In the traditional Chinese society that is patriarchy and ethics oriented,the Confucian school worked to achieve the political ideal of“supporting the right monarch and practising the right policies”.They developed a complete set of social governance fundamentals in the setting of autocratic monarchy,which takes“morality,ethics,benevolence and loyalty”as the principal category,and have“benevolent government”,“etiquette cultivation”and“moral education”as the main contents.However,the internal social problems in the autocratic monarchy cannot bring into reality the ideal of building an incorrupt government that advocates“cultivating oneself,organizing a family,ruling a country and reigning the whole world”.The construction of incorrupt government must adhere to the law-based approach.
