摘 要:选出高产脂的火炬松无性系,为推广高产脂火炬松人工林提供材料,为火炬松高产脂良种选育提供理论依据。以火炬松初级种子园和改良种子园无性系为研究对象,采用人工割脂的方法对种植于广东省英德市国家火炬松良种基地的初级种子园22个无性系和改良种子园68个无性系的产脂量进行测定,用SAS软件进行统计分析。火炬松初级种子园和改良种子园无性系间产脂量均存在极显著差异。火炬松初级种子园产脂量最大的是无性系P084,以总平均值+1个标准差作为选择标准,无性系P084、A257和W30为高产脂优良品系。改良种子园无性系5的产脂量最大,为4.74 kg,比总体无性系平均值大44.95%。以无性系与小区作为考察因素对产脂量进行方差分析,结果显示自然环境条件对产脂量也有显著的影响。以总平均值+1个标准差作为选择标准,无性系5、J22、外2、11、J1和H3为高产脂优良无性系,6个高产脂优良无性系平均产脂量为4.60 kg,比群体高40.96%。本研究选出的9个高产脂优良品系,通过无性繁殖方式可进行生产推广。In order to provide materials for promoting high oleoresin production loblolly pine plantation and scientific basis for the breeding of high oleoresin production,twenty two clones from the primary seed orchard and 68 clones from the improved seed orchard in Yingde Loblolly Pine Seed Orchard,Guangdong Province,were measured by artificial cutting,and analyzed by using software SAS.High oleoresin production superior clones were selected.There were significantly different in oleoresin production of loblolly pine clones in the primary seed orchard and the improved seed orchard.In the primary seed orchard,the oleoresin production of clone P084 is the largest,and the clone P084,A257 and W30 are elite clones based on selection criteria that is the total mean plus 1 standard deviation.In the improved seed orchard,the clone 5 was selected with the largest oleoresin production for 4.74 kg,which was larger than the overall average by 44.95%.In addition,oleoresin production was also significantly affected by the environment.Six superior clones,were selected by taking the total mean plus 1 standard deviation as the selection criteria.These clones are 5、J22、Wai2、11、J1 and H3.The average oleoresin yield of superior clones was 4.60 kg,which was 40.96%larger than the overall average.The 9 selected clones could be promote by clonal reproduction.
